Return Policy
Since each item is uniquely crafted for you, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective Product: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received is different from the one you ordered (e.g., wrong design, size, or personalization).
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product.
After reviewing your request, we will confirm if your item qualifies for a return.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- If a product is out of stock and cannot be customized, you will be informed, and a refund will be issued.
- If your return request is approved (for defective or incorrect items), you will have the option to choose a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products that are correctly personalized as per your order.
- Any requests made after the 7-day window.
- Minor variations in color, design, or print quality due to the nature of customization.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this time frame, your order may have already entered the customization process, and cancellations will not be possible.
