2. Custom Orders

All products are customized based on the information and design options provided by you during the order process. Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except for defective items or errors on our part.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are listed in the respective sections of our website and are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website. Customized Gift Hub is not responsible for any additional charges (such as currency conversion fees) imposed by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout, but delivery times may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the customization process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
For custom orders already in production, refunds or exchanges are only available for defective items.

6. Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds or replacements only in cases of defects or errors in the product. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with customization choices.
All requests for refunds or returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence of the defect.

All designs, content, and materials on Customized Gift Hub are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use or replicate any of the materials without prior permission.
By submitting custom designs or ideas, you confirm that you have the rights to use these designs and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
